This man is quoting scripture very poorly. He quoted Jeremiah 38 in his talk but failed to mention Jeremiah 31. This chapter deals with the topic of generational curses, and is very clear. Verse 29 states that in the past there were generational curses but now that there is a new covenant this will not happen any more. Please read all this chapter to fully understand that this is for us as believers, this day has come that we live under the new covenant and the law is now writen in our hearts and the Holy Spirit now lives in us. Verse 30 says that "But every one shall die for his own iniquity; every man who eats the sour grapes; his teeth shall be set on edge". Not the next generation!! I think Jesus said it best when he was on the road with the two believers, He said you FOOLS, didn't the Christ have to suffer all these things. Jesus message was that we have to take all the scriptures and know them. Not just the ones that suit us. Please address this on your radio program I think that the people need to hear the real truth.
